Refund and Cancellation Policy:
No Refund if the booking is canceled 0-15 days before the Check-in date.
25% of the booking amount is refundable if canceled before 15 days of the Check-in date.
50% of the booking amount is refundable if canceled before 30 days of the Check-in date.
Note: For Group bookings and Wedding event bookings, no refund will be provided on cancellation.
Please note that any applicable refund will be processed within a reasonable time frame and using the same method of payment used for the original booking. The Tiger Groove Hotel reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, subject to its sole discretion.
